You’ll Thrive If…
Have 3–7+ years in UX/service research (open to strong mid and senior candidates).
Can move from fuzzy problem to focused plan without hand‑holding.
Know your way around accessibility testing and inclusive recruitment.
Communicate with punch—concise reports, sharp visuals, and stakeholder‑ready stories.
Are comfortable prioritising with data (qual + quant), not just opinions.
Use common tools (Figma, Miro, Dovetail/Notion/Sheets, Zoom) and are happy to learn new ones.
Nice‑to‑have: government/telco/health/finance experience, survey design and analysis, service design, basic experimentation and analytics literacy.
