Data Deletion Instructions
Your privacy is important to us. Learn how to request deletion of your data.
Option 1: Delete from Your Account
If you have an active account, you can delete your account and all associated data directly from your account settings.
- Log in to your Dlyte account
- Go to Settings or Profile
- Click "Delete Account"
- Confirm your decision
Option 2: Request Data Deletion via Email
If you're unable to access your account or prefer to request deletion via email, contact us at:
Please include "Data Deletion Request" in your email subject line and provide your registered email address.
When you request data deletion, we will permanently remove:
- Your profile information (name, email, etc.)
- Your account credentials
- Any testing feedback or applications you've submitted
- Job postings if you're a business user
- All associated data from our systems
Note: Data deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Please ensure you've downloaded any information you wish to keep before requesting deletion.
We will process your data deletion request within 30 days of receiving your request. You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.
