Business Referral Program Terms & Conditions

1. Overview

The DLYTE Business Referral Program allows registered business users to earn a discount on their next test when they successfully refer another business to the platform.

Participation in the referral program constitutes acceptance of these Terms.

These terms apply in addition to DLYTE's general User Agreement.

2. Eligibility

To participate:

• You must have an active, verified DLYTE business account.
• Your account must be in good standing.
• You must not be in breach of the DLYTE User Agreement.

DLYTE reserves the right to approve or deny participation at its discretion.

3. How The Referral Program Works

A referral is considered successful only when all of the following occur:

• A new business signs up using your unique referral link or code.
• The referred business completes account verification.
• The referred business launches its first paid test on the DLYTE platform.

Only after these conditions are met will referral discounts be applied.

4. Referral Reward

When a referral qualifies:

• The referring business receives a 5% discount on their next paid test.
• The referred business receives a 5% discount on their first paid test.

Referral discounts:

• Apply to the total cost of a single paid test at checkout.
• Are applied automatically once qualification criteria are satisfied.
• Cannot be exchanged for cash or platform credits.
• Cannot be transferred to another account.
• Must be used within 12 months of being awarded.

5. What Does Not Qualify

A referral will NOT qualify if:

• The referred business does not launch a paid test.
• The referred account is suspended, fraudulent, or in breach of platform rules.
• The referral is a duplicate account.
• The referral is self-generated.
• The referral attempts to exploit the platform for referral discounts.

6. Anti-Abuse & Fraud Protection

DLYTE reserves the right to:

• Investigate suspicious referral activity.
• Withhold or revoke referral discounts in cases of abuse.
• Suspend or terminate accounts engaging in referral manipulation.

Examples of prohibited behaviour include:

• Creating multiple accounts.
• Coordinated bonus farming.
• Misrepresenting the platform.
• Incentivising signups through misleading claims.

Protecting platform integrity is a priority.

7. Program Limits

Unless otherwise stated:

• There is no cap on the number of businesses you may refer.
• Each referred business may generate only one referral reward.
• Referral discounts cannot be stacked or combined with other promotions.

DLYTE may introduce caps or limits at any time.

8. Changes To The Program

DLYTE reserves the right to:

• Modify the referral discount percentage.
• Modify qualification criteria.
• Pause or discontinue the program.
• Introduce additional eligibility conditions.

Changes will not retroactively affect already qualified referrals.

9. No Partnership Or Agency Relationship

Participation in the referral program does not:

• Create a partnership.
• Create an agency relationship.
• Grant authority to represent DLYTE.
• Permit use of DLYTE branding without permission.

Referrers must not imply official affiliation.

10. Liability

DLYTE does not guarantee:

• Referral acceptance.
• Platform usage by referred businesses.
• Ongoing program availability.

Referral discounts are a discretionary promotional incentive, not a contractual entitlement beyond the stated qualification criteria.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
